We Are

Jessica Barczyk is a Pennsylvania state licensed, ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist, and founder of Grow & Play Pediatric Therapy, LLC.  She attended Kent State University in Ohio for her undergraduate work and Old Dominion University in VA for her graduate work, earning a Master’s of Science degree in 2004.  She has had growing opportunities to work with children from birth to 18 years in the home and school setting while living in upstate NY.  Since living in PA, Jessica has had the awesome experience of working in a local pediatric outpatient medical facility, learning new strategies to employ with various medical diagnoses including Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and Extreme Prematurity.  In addition, Jessica has enjoyed working closely with families through the Early Intervention program serving the birth to 3 year population, employing strategies within the child’s natural environment.
